Polish Addict Nail Color-50 Shades of Grey-swatch and review

Hello Everyone!!!!

How are you guys doing today? Hopefully all is well.

Today I have Polish Addict Nail Color- 50 Shades of Grey 2013. It is a gorgeous grey holographic glitter topper. It is a polish packed with holographic piece in many shapes and sizes. There are half moons, Full circles, hexes, etc. There is also grey and black pieces. All this is packed in a clear glittery base. All these pieces packed together make up a grey glittery goodness. Hence the name 50 Shades of Grey.

I decided to do  gradient nail with white( Morgan Taylor Nail Lacquer)  and a medium, slightly shimmery grey( Sinful Color Slate). I topped it with 50 Shades of Grey. I did a ring finger accent nail of Zoya London. I did not want to do something to simple. I wanted to make this topper pop without making one grey tone.

Please see swatch and review below.

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!! Where have you been all my life  50 shades of Grey. I love it more now than when I first saw it. Im so in freaking love with this. All the different holographic piece bring together something beautiful.I honestly love this before I put it on but now its like damn!!!. Lol. I love how this came out. Everything about this came together well. From my understanding this polish came out last year but was revamped for this years release. I love it. Very easy to work with , But if you want to get those half moons and circle pieces. GLITTER PLACEMENT is key. Remember bigger pieces tend to settle in bottom of polish bottles. They are always harder to get. Please get this before it goes back into the vault.lol. You can purchase this HERE! The shop will re-open on Friday 10/11/13. Don't forget. You may regret it!!!

How do you guys like this?
Do you see yourself with it?

Avon Brush Metals Collection- Swatch and Review

Hello Everyone!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!!!

Today I have 3 polishes from the Avon Brush Metals Collection. Now when I saw these in the book hey instantly caught my eye. There are six in total in this collection. I purchased three. First let me say I had no clue on earth that these were textured polishes.Even though Avon did not label them as such. I am saying they will be put in my textured polish category.

BRUSHED GOLD- This is a gold polish. It dries matte and textured. It really really shiny. You will definitely notice your gold fingers from far away. This is definitely wonderful for a nice Christmas mani. It it true to bottle. It looks the same in the bottle as your nails

DUSKY COOPER- This one looks very cooper in the bottle but when you put it on your fingers you get a black/dark greyish with silver specked polish. It definitely looks more cooper like in photo's than in person. I It is not as matte as Brushed gold.
LILAC QUARTS- Is very true to the bottle. It is a describe more as a pink than lilac. It sparkles. It dries matte like Brushed gold .

DUSKY COOPER
This one was the most difficult to work with. It was thick. You had to work fast before it dries. Like most metallics. IT was my least favorite. I actually liked it better with the top coat.

BRUSHED GOLD
Very easy to work with. Formula very thin but opaque.

 LILAC QUARTS
This was also hard to work with, but easier than Dusky Cooper. This was my favorite of the bunch. The over look was stunning. It can be worn in any season. I love it!!

I must say that I'm very impress with this polish despite the thick formula. All pics are two coats Its very opaque. You probably could get away with one coat. I think most textured polish are thick anyway so that was a given. I'm so proud of Avon for stepping their game up and coming with the times. Even though it is not described as a textured polish. It is. It has the textured look and feel. It reminds me alot of the OPI Bond Girl Collection.  I would recommend this to anyone who wants a little glitz and glamor to their nails. Its wonderful for all times of the year. You can purchase these wonderful polished HERE!!

Once again!!!! Thanks for reading. Please comment.
Do you like these? When is the last time you purchased from Avon?
Do you buy from Avon often? What other stuff would you recommend?

Thanks!!!

OPI-Pink of hearts-swatch and review

Hello Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How are you guy's doing today?Like Always I wish all is well!!!

Today I have OPI Pink Of Heart 2013 Duo. For the seventh year in a row OPI has released a limited edition nail polish duo!! The duo is to raise awareness as well as fund Breast Cancer Research. OPI has donated so much money and time to this cause. This cause has affected all of us all in some way or another. Whether it be a family member, coworker, friend or even yourself,  it is a topic that must not be ignored. I am proud suporter of Breast Cancer awareness as well as research.

Support does not always have to be in the form of money. Support can come from just being there for a person struggling with the disease in one way or another. Sometimes a helping hand or a listening ear can help someone going through a difficult time in their life. You would be suprise how much being there for someone can do.

There are two polishes in the this duo. The first is More Than A Glimmer. Its a glitter pack polish. There is metalic glitter in pinks, gold, greens and blue. Its all packed in light milky pink base. It has a very metallic look to it.The second is Pink-ing-of-You barbie pink polish.

Please see pictures below!!

The Duo also comes with rhinestones and breast cancer awareness stickers!

Close Up Of the Glitter

There is no topcoat on my pointer and ring finger.
The polish dries matte.

There Top coat on my accent nail. Just to keep the sticker down.
But it is amazing to me that you cant tell the difference with or without top coat.

Overall I LOVE this collection. The cause for this Duo alone is a plus but the polish inside is the bonus. More Than A Glimmer is Beautiful.  I LOVE IT!!!!!! I love the sparkle even though its matte. I would definatley wear this again and again. I believe its timeless!! Each nail has two coats. Accent nail has two coats of each polish. Pink-ing-of-You is the perfect girly barbie pink. It takes 3 coats to be fully opaque. You can pick this duo up at your local ULTA. It retails for $15.95. It supports a wonderful cause!! Remember every little bit helps.

Thank you!!
